Our packaging is made of recyclable materials and to respect the environment we need the contribution of our consumers.

So the question is: are you environmentally friendly? Yes of course!

Here are some easy steps to correctly recycle the packaging of our dry and wet food products.

FIRST STEP: CHECK YOUR LOCAL WASTE DISPOSAL REGULATIONS.

  • PLASTIC BAGS IN ALL SIZES: place in plastic recycling bin.
  • TIN CANS: Remove the label and put in paper recycling bin. Wash the tin can and place in metal recycling bin.
  • ALUMINIUM TRAYS: Wash the tray and put the empty tray in metal recycling bin.

A cleaner environment is important for you and your animals, not only those living at home with you, but also and especially those living freely in nature.

It only takes small daily gestures to help the planet.

86° Turin International Dog Show

On Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 July we’ll be at the 86th Turin International Dog Show, a beauty contest in which the judges will assess how closely dogs comply with the standards of their breed, and ultimately choose the “Best in Show”.

As well as watching the competition, visitors will have the opportunity for a close-up look at more than 2000 dogs representing 200 different breeds: from Great Danes up to a metre tall to the tiniest Chihuahuas, from common breeds like German Shepherd to less-known ones such as Cirneco dell’Etna, Chinese Crested Dog and Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Once again this year, the event will have an important charity angle: all proceeds will be donated to the construction of a children’s hospital in Somalia and to the Doctor Magic project by Marco Berry onlus www.dogsforchildren.org.

Turin International Dogshow

Over Saturday 30st june and Sunday 1nd July 2018, Monge is set to take part in the 85th Turin International Dogshow, an event for which it is also the main sponsor.
In recent years, the show has become not simply a display of purebred dogs, but also an opportunity for community action, thanks to the ‘Best in Show’ competition presented by the affable TV personality Marco Berry, who for many years has promoted a wide range of social campaigns.
Indeed, all the proceeds from the 2 day event will be donated to Marco Berry Onlus for the construction of a children hospital in Somalia.
All children attending will receive a little surprise.

Dog Week in Milan

Hot on the heels of the city’s Fashion- and Design-weeks, from the 11th until the 18th of June Milan celebrates man’s best friend with Milan Dog Week.
In conjunction with the historic Milan International exhibition, which attracts thousands of dog lovers from all around the globe, ENCI (Italy’s national canine organisation), with the support of the municipality of Milan, has decided to offer all the fans of the animal an entire week of in-depth knowledge and information on dogs, with a vast array of events and activities, with MONGE as the SOLE sponsor.
Over seven fun and fascinating days, we will be available to visitors to provide information about our historical products and to update you on the latest news, together with dog trainers, artists, as well as little four-legged stars… briefly, there will be lots of fun!

Ramses ” Young Champion of Russia”

Today we’re publishing photo of a really special four-legged friend, brought up on the very best Monge foods. This is the “Young Champion of Russia”, and his name is Ramses.
Ramses was born on 27th February 2016 in Ukraine, the only male puppy in his litter. Aged one and a half months, he found a new home at a professional kennels in Russia, the “Vom House Aleks” in Ekaterinburg, owned by Alexander Kuleshov.

Ramses comes from a family of champions. His daddy is a rottweiler, and extremely well-known thanks to the awards he has won:

Breeders Meeting in Punjab

Monge attended a few days ago at a meeting organized by EK TEK for breeders in India to Punjab.

The event, which was attended by 75 breeders, was a real success.
